Terms for Using the Platform

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Adroite Capitorc platform. They describe the respective responsibilities and rights of the platform operator and each user. Please read them before opening an account, accessing the platform, or placing a transaction. Using the platform forms a binding legal agreement between the relevant parties.

By registering, logging in, using a platform feature, or otherwise engaging with Adroite Capitorc, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. The service is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Minors and individuals who lack legal capacity may not access or use it. If age checks are unsuccessful, access to the account may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

Access to the platform may be interrupted by technical problems, planned maintenance, software releases, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as exceptional market volumes or server overload. We use reasonable measures to support dependable service, but continuous availability is not guaranteed. Adroite Capitorc may modify, add, or discontinue features, algorithms, fees, or available markets without this giving rise to a claim against the platform.

Content and materials provided through the platform—including text, graphics, interface elements, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and AI-produced analysis—are protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights belonging to Adroite Capitorc or its licensors. Unless written permission is obtained in advance, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit them. Breaches may result in civil or criminal action.

You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and kept up to date, including your identity details, contact information, and payment information. False, incomplete, or outdated details can result in account restrictions, withdrawal delays, or legal action. Personal information is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws, using safeguards intended to support security and transparency.

You remain solely responsible for all investment and trading decisions made through Adroite Capitorc, whether you enter them yourself or they are produced by AI automation, and you accept the risks involved. Adroite Capitorc supplies technology and tools for market access only; it does not offer individualized financial advice, recommendations, or assurances of profit. Stock and cryptocurrency prices can change rapidly, and you could lose all of the money invested. Past results should not be treated as a reliable guide to future performance. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

We may update these Terms periodically to address legal obligations, platform developments, or changing market circumstances. When reasonably practicable, we generally expect to provide at least 14 days’ advance notice by email, through an in-platform message, or on the website. If you continue using the platform after an update takes effect, you are considered to have accepted the amended Terms. For a material change, you may choose to close your account.

We aim to maintain transparent procedures and safeguards that help protect user accounts. These measures may include current encryption practices, continuous monitoring, arrangements for segregating client funds, and thorough KYC/AML reviews supporting security and compliance. Account activity and transactions are recorded in a traceable format. We strive to deal fairly with users and communicate clearly, recognizing that confidence is an important part of the service.
